Mattyhsse never looked like knocking out Garcia, not before the eye injury nor after. Just like Mattysse didn't knock out Judah or Alexander, when he gets in there with a properly schooled boxer he doesn't have the key to unlock their defense. All he knows is to blast out guys who aren't masters of their craft.
