Why so many excuses in boxing? Cuts, swelling and things of that nature happen in boxing all the time. When they happen as a result of punches, there should be no complaints. Both guys gave it their all. Danny was the better fighter on that night. Matthysse is an honorable fighter though. I haven't heard him complaining. He said before the fight that if danny beat him legit, he would give him credit.
