I think if you have Thurman fight and beat a guy like Guerrero or Alexander/Khan winner, that should prove enough. Floyd doesn't have that much time left on his hands, so too green or not, just gotta throw the most competitive fights at him while you can.

Floyd would never take this fight in a million years at this point in Lara's career because it wouldn't sell due to Lara being a nobody to your average boxing fan. Anything Lara does Floyd does way better. Lara or no one else can outbox Floyd. No interest in this one, rather see Garcia got shot if he wants it. I would not rush to fight Floyd, it is a no hoper at this point for you to win. Thought Canelo was rushed and should have improved more.
