And yeah, but I think the Khan-Alexander winner will get the shot in May so Garcia needs to do something in the mean time. If he's not moving to 147 then Matthysse or Peterson are the only options really.
What about Broner (assuming he beats Maidana?) That's a bigger fight than Matthysse or Peterson. And it can be made at 140 or 147. Ironically, both fighters would probably want it to happen in the division where they're not a champ or titlist so they keep their title in the event of a loss. and if Maidana beats Broner, he can fight Marcos. Continuing his run as the Argentine Assasin.

Before the KO, Khan was clearly OUTCLASSING Garcia. And since, he was flat out robbed against Peterson. He got dropped in his last fight but so what, he still won. As for Matthysse, he was clearly beaten by Garcia and at no point in that fight did he have anything close to the same dominance over Danny that Khan had prior to getting dropped.you can LOL all you want. But I'm pretty sure Vegas odds would give Khan a better chance in a rematch than Matthysse based on how the two fighters performed against the champ.

That was BEFORE the ko. Danny beat his ass for the next round and a half after the knockdown, and Khan didn't even finish the fight.

Though he clearly lost, Matthysse lasted the entire fight and was a live dog until the end .

Danny beat the living **** out of Khan.

Yeah, Hit is my dude on here but I don't agree with his logic because Matthysse showed more than Khan. He won more rds than Khan and he didn't get K'dD 2times and TKO'd. Khan is fast and that's where it ends. Garica whups him out in a rematch. I give Garcia an edge to beat any fighter at 140/147 with exception to Mayweather. Garcia has shown more looks and knows how to win under pressure. I'm impressed by him.

This line is hilarious. Just picturing when a baby deer is born and tries to walk and Khan that night is spot on.

I thought Khan was outclassing Garcia and simply got caught, and never recovered. It happens. Where on the other hand, at no point in his fight with Matthysse was Garcia ever anything close to being outclassed. Yes, Lucas showed a lotta heart. But in their respective fights. I walked away feeling Khan was a better fighter than Danny. And I walked away feeling Danny was clearly a better fighter than Lucas. I wouldn't pick either to beat Danny in a rematch. But I'd feel a lot more confident picking Danny to beat Lucas than I wouldpicking him to beat Khan.

Yeah, I'm not getting on Hit either. Khan gets a lil too much credit for his offense. You must be able to flip the coin. Danny's pressure kept Khan on the offensive, and that's how Khan got countered.
