Was Matthysse vs. Garcia a let down?

Since Mattyhsee didn't win all the sudden it was a bad fight..these posters are unbelievable..Garcia fought the fight of his damn life and Lucas did not back down and they still complain...it's like they are not happy unless someone dies

Same **** after every fight. In a week it will be "Matthysse is still undefeated. He was robbed 3 times" You see the scorecards get closer and closer each day.

Some fans just like hard punches and knockouts and get bored with anything else.

They were doing all that talking about how Angel Garcia would react to his son getting KO'd and it was their boy that hit the canvas and got busted up. I didn't think Garcia had it in him but he put on a show.

Amazing fight. DG displayed crazy skill, heart and determination. Matthysse showed his iron will.

hell yeah it lived up to expectations. I would have been upset if it only went 3 rounds or something. We got to see who was the clear better fighter.

Garcia-Matthysse was a terrific fight. It lived up to my expectations. I'd love to see a rematch. This is a potential classic trilogy in the making.

It's going to sound like sour g****s since I picked Lucas but if I'm being honest yeah it was a bit of a letdown. I thought we would get fight of the year style fireworks for the couple rounds it lasted followed by one of the best knockouts of the year. Instead we got what was an ok fight which showed who the better man was that night. All that said credit to Danny for beating and out thinking a man I thought would knock him out cold. I looked forward to that fight more than any of the remaining fights signed for this year. I ended up more entertained by Floyd's mastery of Canelo.

In a sense there was a chance/anticipation of a all-out-battle FOTY type meeting even still it was a great fight boxing mixed with brutality of the highest level

A let down for 90% of the boxing community that thought Matthysse was going to destroy Danny. It was a huge LOL moment for me, as I knew that Matthysse was going to get dealt with. I'm satisfied with the fight.

I do not know what people want anymore..2 iron chinned fighters walked thru the fire to entertain and win and people are not satisfied??do ya'll want someone to die or be beheaded???both guys came to win,walked forward at all times and people still complain??ya'll are what is wrong with boxing

no doubt about it they all say Floyd is boring so they get two fighters fighting like this and they say it was a let down what do you really want it was only a let down to people expecting Garcia to be hospitalized instead they got a boxing match and they don't want to see boxing I guess

It was a good fight danny did great I thought he was gonna get iced but whatever. I wish there would have been a knockout tho idc who but it was cool. Don't know why Lucas didn't give him self more room and use his head movement more a constant jab woulda been nice too.
