Shane Mosley has never been on Floyd’s level. Prime Mosley gets dealt with. Floyd wanted to fight Shane shortly after De La Hoya vs. Trinidad.

Shane’s camp turned it down to move to 147 and chase the GOLDEN BOY. That is a FACT!

I’m the same guy who posted night and day a few months ago SCHOOLING multiple posters here regarding Mayweather vs. Canelo and Garcia vs. Matthyse. I’m still laughing at all the people that tried to clown me for picking Danny over the HYPED Matthyse. Pay attention kids!

My eyes don’t lie and Mosley and his brand of POWER BOXING would have gotten dealt with by Prime Floyd. Period.

Prime Mosley went 12 with Phillip Holiday and struggled. Yet he’s gonna beat Prime Floyd Mayweather? LOL!

Would be interesting, It's up for grabs. FLoyd is a better boxer, but Shane is physically stronger and just as fast with a solid chin. The Shane that fought DLH would give Floyd some problems, as Floyd had good pop too and was lighting quick, but dont't think he would stand if Shane landed on his chin.

It would either be FLoyd on the cards, or Mosley by KO/TKO and he was more than capable of doing it, especially against a 23yr old.

a shot to bits mosley coming off a 2 year lay off, nearly knocked out a prime mayweather, he was one punch away

imagine what a prime mosley would have done to floyd?

there was a reason floyd ducked mosley until he was shot

mosley beat no one at lightweight i do think it's a close fight seeing as how mosley would bigger and stronger

this floyd ducking shane crap is funny

it took a divorce settlement and some dental work before shane finally found his balls and wanted a floyd fight

Beginning with his title win against Holliday; here is shane's title defenses at LW

              john Brown
              Golden Johnson
              Jesse James Leija
              Eduardo Morales
              Wilfredo Ruiz
              John John Molina
              Demetrio Ceballos
              Manuel Gomez
              Philip Holiday

Triangle theories aside; is there any win on this list that suggests Shane would beat floyd?

I always thought of an "almost ko'd fighter" was Tyson-Douglass when Douglass barely got up by 10...not when Shane wobbled Floyd and never even put him down.

LMAO! You're still in here hating on Floyd?

You still got Canelo over Floyd? You still think Floyd "ducked" and would have lost to prime Cotto and Margarito?? LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

                  May never ducked Mosley.

Matter of fact, I remember both Judah and Mayweather calling Mosley out shortly after he beat De La Hoya. Mosley told them to fight each other and then come see him.

So who was ducking who? HATER!!

And Gomez absolutely rocked Shane to his core in that fight.

Shane was a very, very good fighter. But Mayweather was always smarter than him. Period.

Lets put the Mayweather that fought Corrales and the Mosly that fought De La Hoya (circa 2000) in a time machine and have them square off at 140.

Who are you putting your money on?

                    LOL! MONEY MAY thats who!

Yes Mayweather was great but people act like the last Mosley Mayweather fight was even a indicator to how a prime vs prime would go down. Not even close man. That Mosley has been on life support since the day he became inactive after his win of Margarito. A prime 35 or 47 Mosley takes it to Mayweather all day.
There are ways Mosley may beat Mayweather prime for prime, but the way Jones beat Toney could not possibly be further from any of those ways.
