Does a 23 year old Mayweather beat a prime Mosley??

Most keep ignoring the fact that Alvarez had only 1 notable win and is only 23 years old. How well would Mayweather at the same age do against the #1 P4P fighter at the time: MOSLEY?

It would be a good fight but at 23 Floyd was ridiculously sharp defensively.

I don't know if age played as much a factor as skills did in that fight.

A lot of it was more of the stuff we can't physically make up or see. It was more or less Mayweather's patience, adjustments and thought process that got him through that fight. At 23 he...was more aggressive, I'm not really sure. If 23yr old Mayweather got hit with a shot like that, he would have survived but I don't know how exactly he would handle it.

In short, I think yes because It's not like we're comparing apples and oranges here, Mayweather is pretty much the same fighter but with a couple changes and fixtures.

Silly, everyone knows Mayweather wouldn't have fought a prime Mosley. But I would have favored a prime Mosley if it happened.

Assuming they somehow could meet at lightweight, Mayweather should be the favorite among the fans IMO.

Floyd was at his absolute peak then. Mayweather via Decision.

Mayweather always wanted Shane. A 23 year old Floyd would wreck Mosley. Wide Ud.

No version of Shane could ever beat Floyd.

Should have made this a public vote, I don't see anyone defending a Mosley KO.
