People act like Mayweather came into his prime at 147 ...you must be delusional... It'd be closer prime to prime if were talking about at lightweight. Mayweather was a monster there and very few would have a majority picking against May to win...mosley is not one of those few.

Yeah sure he did .... Floyd also wanted to fight Manny "Take the test and we have a fight"

Floyd wasn't every interested in fighting Mosley because if he was, the fight would NOT have taken place in 2010 when Mosley was OLD!!! Everyone would realize this except for non-objective Floyd fans that the fight would have happened earlier.

If Floyd really wanted to fight someone the fight would have been made. Mosley ducks no-one and you know it! Floyd is known to duck. Example, Floyd wanted to fight Baldomir not Margarito. So he fought Baldomir and never fought Margarito. Floyd fight is easy to make but it takes Floyd to say YES and the important part (drum roll) AND MEAN IT!!!!

Manny and mosley both turned down floyd fights when they were in their prime. NOTHING you post changes that. you'd be better off just admitting it.

Its 2013 adop2, hating floyd is still cool. but lying about him to validate your hatred isn't. Mosley and Manny are actual fighters. They know what floyd is capable of.

Case could be made for both definitely. If its high speed chess fmj but if shane's body attack gets through shane can force a streetfight and shane walks fmj down

Floyd didn't want to fight Mosley. The proof is in the pudding but you are allergic to pudding!

Mosley had a planned vacation. Mosley told Floyd to do it a month or two later but Floyd, NOT Mosley, said NO! Yet you try to tell us that Floyd really wanted to fight Mosley? NO he wanted to fight Baldomir! Now take a spoon full of pudding and think about this next point. Floyd at that time stated that he was going to retire. If you were Floyd, would you have wanted Baldomir or Mosley on your record before you retire?

Like I said, talk is cheap when it comes to Floyd but some Floyd fans like to drink his Kool-Aid! Like I said, if Floyd really wanted those fights, they would have been made BUT Floyd didn't want and Ellerbe didn't approve those fights because the risks were too high!

I think it would be a bad matchup Stylistically for Floyd. Mosley's hand speed in his prime was ******ly insane.

Young Floyd didn't mix offense and defense as well as he does now, and would have risked being overwhelmed by Mosley's speed like most people were.

You needed a great jab to give Mosley problems in his prime. That is one thing young Floyd didn't have.
