When I watched the interview and witnessed Bhop saying what did in the flesh ,headline is a bit of a over statement .

BH first saying Floyd could beat Hagler Leonard etc then it moved on to somebody asking him could he make 160 today , and he explains that he could , joke joke banter , and Bhop is warming to the Floyd fight when someone said would you take it if it presented , and BH said in a hot minute and they joked some more and he said I,ll be ready for May chuckle laugh chuckle .

It was all light hearted , and here its a oh ah headline .

This fight is pure awesome. If Hopkins can make 160, and Floyd accepts, why not?

it's funny that ppl are entertained by this smh, even if Bhop could make it there would still be advantages favoring him, only disadvantage he would have is speed. He could possibly outweigh Floyd by 15 to 20lbs, he's intelligent just like Floyd, taller, and longer reach. If that **** gets made then Bhop has no business losing to Floyd at all. This talk is a testament to how great Floyd is lol smh, middleweights, super middleweights, light heavyweights, what's next? lol

I am astonished that only a handful in this thread have acknowledged the absurdity of this fight. Floyd is an average size welterweight. Bernard is an average size light heavyweight. There are 28 lbs between them! If catch weights undermine the system of weight classes, what does a fight between a WW and a LHW do? It's one thing to move a up 7 lbs (while gaining only 3 lbs on the move up). It's another thing to move up 13 lbs to fight someone moving down 15 lbs. It's ****ing ******.

You forgot Bernard is like 12 years older than Floyd. It would be amazing if he could make 160 and still perform even decently at his age.
