In your little scenario, only one fighter would be healthy despite the size disadvantage, and that's Rigo. He would come into the ring healthy and comfortable while Foreman would look like an anorexic. Of course you were just using an exaggerated scenario since there is no chance in hell for Foreman to drop down that low without cutting off one of his limbs.
