look, cotto was 146 vs clottey fact

he offered 145 to make the fight fair as pac was coming from 140, fact

cotto after a 10 week camp said he was in his best condition ever fact

cotto showed no signs of being weight drained on fight night, he was at his best

so once again, what are you posting? are you just hating for the sake of it? you are posting nonsense which has no point, the cw drained nobody and was offered while the fight said he was at his best

again, I don't mean to embarrass you but to me it seems you are just a typical floyd stan who repeats what one idiot has said without any point
hahah!!! pac fought good ww? has pac fought anyone??

who has many pac beat can you name any prime or at least undefeated fighters many has faced??

    Manny padded paquiao!!

Erik morales (Not Prime) lost a trilogy to barrera then lost a "tune up fight" then lost to many pac!!

Oscar de la hoya (Not Prime) part time fighter full time promoter weight drained and lost 3 of his last 6 fights!!

Ricky Fatton Hatton (Not Prime) dusted off by mayweather and beat to a pulp by lazcano

Antonio Margarito (not Prime)- beat down by mosley!!

Miguel cotto (not Prime) was pounded by margarito and had a tough fight with clotty weight drained to 145lbs

I mean so can you really name 1 prime fighter that many pac beat?? just 1 c-mon the name you give will prove my point!!

as floyd said himself he hand picks opponents and he wasn't able to do that with top rank so he left.
Everything you said is a crock of sh.t! Floyd asked for 10 million to fight Oscar. Arum told him that he was not going to make a fight with De La Hoya for any amount of money because Oscar had already left him and he was placing his petty bitterness about that over his fighter's (Mayweather's) best interest. Mayweather asked for a fight with Cotto when Cotto was a world champion at 140. What the f..k does being a star have to do with anything? Cotto was a world champion. Mayweather had moved up in weight and wanted to fight Cotto. Arum said no. Arum had no way of knowing Cotto would become a star later and that didn't matter anyway. He also asked for a fight with Hatton at 140 also and Hatton's team said no way. This was a man who, a year earlier was fighting at 130, and yet two of the best guys at 140 refused to fight him and his promoter refused to make a fight with ODLH. And you want to blame that on Floyd?

This is the dumbest post I have seen yet on this subject.

First, Mayweather never asked Arum to save him. Second, according to you, Oscar went from being younger, stronger and faster in 2006 when Floyd asked for the fight to being slow, old and weak in 2007 when they actually fought.

        You are showing your ******ity.

Jeezus your an idiot , he said exactly what happened , its you fools that don't like hearing the truth , its like you lot are so paranoid and defensive of anything Floyd says even when its 100% truth , in the context Floyd said it there is nothing in it apart from him saying Arum threw Cotto under the bus .

Its a shame that floyd and arum couldnt work out things,,,,,

floyd didnt do his bad boy image till he left arum, had he done it after the genaro fight, floyd would have made alot more money early and been what broner is today,,,

broner-maidana is possible ppv, but floyd-corrales was not.... floyd should have turned heel longtime ago,,,

Arum underestimated floyd's appeal to the urban fans, and honestly cost him millions of dollars,,

I can understand floyd not getting big fights with arum because floyd was still being pretty boy, and not money may...

the money may character boosted his popularity.......Floyd just should have used it earlier in his career like broner has....

I can understand arum not putting oscar and cotto in with floyd when floyd didnt draw big money like he does today.... It would have been donaire-rigo all over again.....

TBH arum did build floyd up to the ppv level with the gatti and judah fights

Remember when Arum said Floyd was the most talented fighter he had since Ali? Good times man, good times.

I believe Mayweather here. But it still pisses me off he didn't fight Pacquiao and vice versa.

Don't know what promoter hat you have but it doesn't fit. A promoter's job is to PROMOTE. If you can't promote a fighter, DON'T sign him, better yet get out of the business - that's simple. These promoters are getting lazy - they need to do job & stop with the BS......

I agree with most of your post, but Floyd did Marquez dirty with the weight.....

No, Castillo clearly won the 1st fight - 2nd fight is another story.....
Castillo clearly won? I've never heard anyone say that before. Its funny how an event can carry along a myth with it. As time goes by the story retold over and over again grows into myth. It went from being a close fight that some thought could've gone either way into Castillo clearly won and was robbed. Breathe...
