Floyd has most of the advantages in this fight, on paper he wins it, but GGG's power is the real deal but I don't believe he'll land anything that no other fighter hasn't landed on Floyd in the past. He cuts the ring off beautifully but he has never dealt with the ring intelligence and generalship of a Floyd, and he's not that responsible defensively either. At 147, give me Floyd. If Golovkin was able to make 154 and fight Floyd there, then we have a totally different story and I would favor Gennady.

Does anyone know how good ggg's chin is or how good his stamina is.... can you please tell me the fights where this was tested against..
His chin is reputed to be excellent. If you think about it, you don't go through 350 fights without getting chin-checked. I don't think he has ever even been down.

We could see a fight similar to this in the future with a possible floyd-lucas fight
I like Lucas Matthysse, but he's not on Golovkin's level skills-wise. I'm not even sure he is on his level power-wise. Let's be clear, Golovkin had Kovalev backed up, a 175lb fighter with brutal power himself.

cause you guys know he isnt ready for Ward.
He hasnt fought ANY WORLD CLASS competition. Thats not hating its just facts. If you guys thought anyone at floyds weight could beat him you wouldnt be asking him to fight middleweights.
Your avitar copmpletely discredits everything you have to say there.

You do realize that GGG is a middleweight title holder trying to unify right?

Why would he go up and fight Ward right now?

The notion that he's somehow scared to fight him has zero weight.

                    Practice what you preach broham.

You have no clue if he is terrified of Ward or not, he certainly doesn't seem anxious to take that risk.

Hypocrisy~ try not to do it.

                      .
Dude c'mon,, that was in the amateurs, totally different with little gloves and no headgear, but i see your point, he cornered dirrell over a decade ago in the amateurs,,,

ggg needs to show it in the pros before i give him a chance vs floyd,,

especially if they the same size as the thread suggests,,, floyd doesnt lose to anybody HIS SIZE

now if they fought in real life like at 154, ggg would have a chance because of size power and skill,, but he would be overmatched if him and floyd both 147 guys and the same size
