    Shane Mosley and a history's worth of fighters have gone the rematch route and lost and still had h.o.f careers. I believe that Mares started to believe in his power and got away from jabbing, and forgot what got him there. It happens. Mares didn't use power to get where he's at today.

      Mosley didn't suffer a devastating first rd ko anytime in his career rather less twice.
      My analogy was based more on Mares losing the rematch in the same fashion he did the first. Two back to back kos is never healthy for a young fighters career.

      It's a cruel world which they live in. That being said GB would attempt to rebuild him but would the fighter be the same?
