Exactly, Cotto was running, Bradley, Clottey covered up all night, and Mosley was running against Pacman that is survival mode.

Bradley and Mosley moved so much they hurt their feet and ankles but were willing to deal with the pain and keep moving fast out of fear the adrenaline.

Someone post that video of Mosley begging ****m to stop the fight against Pacman lol that is survival mode.

its not survival mode, just frustration they all take his punches and are not scared to get hit by him, they just can't apply their gameplan, just like in the Baldomir fight was Baldo trying to survive? no it was more like Floyd trying to go the full distance to avoid risking himself getting hit.

When Floyd opens up his accuracy went down and he got hit a lot against Cotto, his accuracy is only high because he carefully selects which pot shot to land its easy to be accurate when you only throw but one or two punches a time and then cover up or shoulder roll slip.

If he was throwing some crazy combos and was an offensive force like a prime Pacman and had a good accuracy I would be impressed, its harder to be an offensive fighter because you risk yourself getting KO'd its why Pacman is a balls out warrior its either kill or be killed with him, pot shotting is easier you can focus on which punch to avoid and just pot shot and get out.

Show us a fight where a fighter was in fear of his life against Floyd.
I find my self crazy for agreeing with you, since hardly ever I do, BUT you definitly right on the first paragraph of your post.

Floyd actually let his hands go and sat down on 2-3 punches in the 12th round of the Cotto fight. He hasn't punched that way since... ever, really. He most definitely could KO Canelo if he went for it, but he never takes the risk.

I think he wanted to show Cotto that he could punch too, since Cotto was the hardest puncher he ever faced (he allegedly told Paulie Malinaggi as much). You could see the additional velocity of those punches in the 12th round - just look for the fight on youtube and see what I mean.

He can most definitely do it.

Floyd is not going to k.o. Canelo. Floyd talks about k.o. opponents like oscar talks about floyd getting beat by his every fighter.

I don't see Mayweather KO'n Canelo. I believe its going to be very similar to what we saw against Guerrero, but Canelo will do much better because he's a better boxer and bigger and stronger than Guerrero.

I just fear that Canelo will try and box too much and play into Mayweather's hands.

Yup. Fast forward to about 1:40 in the video, which is about 1:14 left in the fight, and Mayweather hurts cotto with a left uppercut.. staggers him a few times after that as well.. Loved the way Mayweather fought in this bout, despite many saying he "lost his legs" or "lost a step" simply because he chose to go toe-to-toe with Cotto.. Then he chooses to not get hit as much, and show his elite footwork against The Ghost, and those same people are saying "he ran" the whole fight. lol it never ends.
