Does Wlad need Wilder?

Wilder? Wtf? Wilder has proven absolutely nothing other than a hard punch. Many of wlad's opponents were much more proven than wilder is at the moment. It's east to have a great KO record when your list is littered with bums, has beens, and never weres.Yeah we know Wlad has held pieces of the championship for about 7 years now but he's never won a legitimate super fight and yes that does include the overhyped bout with Haye so based on his résumé can Wlad retire without fighting Wilder and still be considered great? I think he desparately needs a wilder on his résumé the same way Lewis needed a Holy and Tyson on his to confirm his greatness. If Wlad slithers out of boxing without facing his most dangerous challenger I think it brings up some serious questions about his credentials as a supposed top hw.Comment

Wilder has the hardest punch by a landslide in the hw division. No one has been able to handle his power and Wlads history of being very weak chinned doesn't translate into success against Deontay. A massive puncher with ATG power will always be dangerous against a glass jaw.Comment

Is Wilder really that known yet in the US? Would a fight with Wlad generate mainstream attention?Comment

LOL. What good is a hard punch if he won't be able to connect it?Wilder has the hardest punch by a landslide in the hw division. No one has been able to handle his power and Wlads history of being very weak chinned doesn't translate into success against Deontay. A massive puncher with ATG power will always be dangerous against a glass jaw.
Wilder hasn't beaten a good heavyweight yet, wait until he does.Comment

Can you write a single post without '

and please stop with that childish 'boyfriend' crap... I mean, do I really need to put you on ignore...
not once you made sense while replying on my posts, and you do it a LOT recently. you twist what I say, add some BS and then comment. It's annoying.

The Haye win is a much bigger win than Wilder right now. Haye was a fast, powerful, two weight world champion. Wilder is still a work in progress...
That said, if Wilder proves himself against Top 10 opponents then it would be another great win to add to Wlad's resume... but no, Wlad doesn't 'need' that win to cement his status.Comment

TS isn't being serious is he?
Maybe in 3 years if Wilder never loses and Wlad is still champ it will be a nice cherry on top but as it is right now Wlad would wipe him in 2 rounds.
I would prefer to see him bludgeon Chisora, Pulev and Fury next year and then maybe come back to the USA one last time to knock off Wilder after that.Comment

Yep Wlad fighting an up and coming undefeated KO artist is not a test but battling the recently KOd extremely limited journeyman Chrisora is a must see to you?
