ppl are buying into this hype hook line and sinker...can't wait until after the fight so i can laugh at everyone who gave canelo a shot at winning....
So what you're saying is Canelo barely beat an average fighter?

He has good footwork, average defense, and an average jab. He's also good at keeping distance and he is tall and rangy while being pretty big for the weight class, which makes his style a very difficult one to deal with. I would say that his strongest qualities are his stamina, physical strength (not power), and ability to stay within his ideal range, his lack of power is possibly his greatest weakness. Lara is a slicker version of Trout with better defense and more power, but also a little smaller (5'9, 164 pounds v. 5'10, 170 pounds)

Trout is a harder fight than all of them.

If you would fight all the guys you just mentioned, and you fought trout, trout would be the hardest one to beat.
I stopped reading at Castillo is just tough....

Trout is very average, and his pawing, slapping and pulling punches against canelo was pathetic. What the hell was he doing, trying to catch butterflies?

That's the thing Trout is JUST GOOD, he's not great in any one area. Canelo showed improvements in areas and proved to only be slightly better.

What I find hilarious in this place and the hypocrisy of people is how BEFORE the fight was ever even made, they said Canelo would NEVER have the balls to take this fight.

Now that he won, Trout is a joke of a fighter.

Then why does Lara lose to lesser fighters while Trout doesn't?

What good is footwork when you cant fight? Best jab at 154 must mean his jab sucks. Because his jab sucks. He lands in the low 20's for his career. And if you think his defense is great than Floyd must be god of the ring. Trout beat a shot Cotto and that was an even fight through 8. And all the Canelo haters hyped him up because they thought Canelo would duck him. But he didn't and we haven't heard **** from him since. Rightfully so.

Lose against lesser fighters? He has one loss in his record and it was one of the worst robberies I've ever seen.
