I assume we are talking prime vs prime?

I'd go with Ali either way. Even though Wlad is very quick for his size, Ali is on another level. He would dance around him for 12/15 rounds sticking out the jab at will and Wlad would be punching air all night.

yea,,the pre prison ali would have danced circles around wlad and espescially vitali. the post prison ali would have had some problems but would still have come out on top

I suppose he meant to imply that Wlad would be stopped on cuts. That happened often enough with Ali.

But I agree about the KO. the chances of Ali knocking Wlad out cold are not huge, even though Ali had a much better power than he's usually given credit for.

Post prison Ali or say, post Norton I Ali is another matter entirely in my book. He was intelligent enough though, so he'd probably find a way to mess with Wlad.

yea,,,,ali was such a damn smart fighter. when he lost his foot speed he relied on smartness and ring savvy. hed have frustrated the hell out of both wlad and vitali
