Come on dirk u r better than that! Compare a 22 ur old mayweather or PAC or how about a Broner neither one would pull the numbers that ginger can. He just has a bigger following.

Lets look into the future and say 10 years down the road ginger has the se
Loses manny has now his numbers would blow Floyd's out of the water. He is the future man. Even if he loses. This is the same thing like when Oscar fought Floyd and manny. The exposure the kid will get will open the flood gates.

Yes he can. He is very popular and probably the next biggest draw after Mayweather and Pacquiao. Oscar is right about this. This fight will make much more money than the Mayweather-Cotto fight because Canelo is now a bigger star than Cotto.Of course the Garcia-Matthysse fight on the card helps But Canelo is a big Mexican draw and he has plenty of USA fans as well.

If he beats Mayweather he definitely would sell ppv's. If he loses, no.

He is not a bigger star then Cotto, Cotto vs Trout broke record views for Showtime and Canelo vs Trout did less by a few 100 thousands, the only reason this ppv may do better then Cotto vs May is because everyone sees Canelo as a bigger threat to May then Cotto, but if Cotto was younger he could of done bigger numbers then Canelo vs May, there is a reason Cotto is the 3rd biggest draw in the sport, also Broner had far better ratings then Canelo for his last 2 fights compare to Canelos.

I wouldn't say Cotto is a bigger draw right now. He is a fading star coming off consecutive losses. Canelo, on the other hand, is coming off his largest win. Canelo is rising. Cotto is falling. The part about Canelo being a bigger threat is correct. That is why the fight will be bigger along with the great undercard. Now I'm not saying Canelo is a bigger star than a younger Cotto but he definitely has that potential. I think it's clear that he has passed the current version of Cotto though.

I would buy a Canelo PPV if it was a legit fight. Showtime are positioning Canelo and Broner to be the next PPV headliners.

Second who the hell can really carry a PPV on their own? No one!
If it is such a ****** question and obvious answer, then why hasn't he headlined yet?
