This is the best heavyweight era ever

Troll thread, not in the slightest.

THE AVERAGE HEIGHT of heavyweight contenders seems to be 6ft 4/5+

and the average weight seems to be 230 pounds +

Compare this joe Louis whom was 6 ft 1, or a guy Ali nearly got koed by henry cooper, 6ft and 180 pounds. Im sorry these guys would get blitczed by the shear Athleticism of the Heavyweights nowadays.

Also boxing use to be a American only sport bar the odd randomer. Now its a world wide sport were every corner of the world competes.

The Cubans and eastern block(the best) could not compete in the pros until 1990.

This is the best era ever.

If true, I wouldn't mind of they got rid of the division. It has some characters, and a really good champion (although boring and chinny), that's about it. And hordes of lard asses.

i swear the last great era was the late 60's and 70's , and some of the garbage that are heavyweights today should be ashamed of themselves. the conditioning on some of them is terrible and the look resembles more of a man vs food contestant than of a PRIME heavyweight contender/challenger.

I honestly think all the Heavyweights today would get KO'd in the first round by prime Mike Tyson.

This era is so great and the size matters so much that small ass light heavyweights and cruiserweights and former middleweights are moving up and beating the hell out of the guys people hype up.
