So if MARQUEZ GRANTS PACQUIAO a 5th fight and MARQUEZ again knocks Pacquiao out but Pacquiao looked to be "DOMINATING" MARQUEZ then Pacquiao fans will ask for another rematch. That is their criteria.
Before you keep crying why THE GREAT ONE doesn't grant a rematch to Pacquiao first have Arum and Pacquiao agree to pay THE GREAT ONE $20,000,000 and then start your crying if THE GREAT ONE still doesn't give Pacquiao a rematch.
