Hmm donaire got a lot of love, more so than rigo and rigo just beat him. There's even talks about donaire's next fight when rigo is clueless lol. I'm not even a rigo fan but even I can see this.

So there's Donaire. That's 1. Let's keep naming all of these 122 pound fighters that get heavy push and promotion from networks.

Erick Morales was HBO's house champion at 122 pounds. Pacquaio won the IBF 122 pounds title on HBO. Junior Jones was a 122 pound champion as was Marco Antonio Barrera. Rafael Marquez was Showtime's 122 pound champion for a while

Mares could potentially beat Santa Cruz and Rigo in 2014. DO that and he will get votes for p4p #1 and will be a contender for FOTY.

U really this slow dude? Donaire was the one getting all the shine, rigo beat him, shouldnt rigo be getting that spot light? instead there's already talks about donaire's next fight when rigo is still on the sideline and let me remind u he just beat donaire! And I never said every 122 pounder is getting a lot of love except for rigo.

All I'm saying is rigo is trying to call the shots but his own promoter doesn't care about him. Just cuz he made 750k in his las fight that means Bob is showing him lots of love right? So that's why I asked u if this is true when is he fighting next?? How come the guy he just beat is already having his next fight planned when rigo is still scratching his head?

Why are we taking about this like there isn't a war going on? If this fight is possible, many other meaningful fights are possible.

Again, all your examples are from 10+ years ago. So basically HBO showcased one 122er in the past 10 years, after he paid his dues being p4p and getting paid peanuts for years

I ain't reading all that **** but my point stands and there's no arguing against it because its a FACT. 122 pounders typically don't get shine unless they are from countries with huge followings. I don't care who you beat.

Hell Oscar Larios was top 3 in that division for years and NEVER headlined a fight on HBO. Donaire is an exception.

Rigo you are in no position to be acting like your the shot caller. You bring no money to the table and have no one to fight

I don't understand his way of thinking, first he's crying that he's not getting the support or respect he says he deserves but is now putting certain conditions,he says he's the champ and they the boxers need to come to him, mares doesn't need to come to him at all,he's a three time champ, facing tough fighters, getting paid well,if rigo wants all this that he is asking for then he needs to be more flexible,if not it's ok to stay at 122 and defend that title many times, just don't be saying nobody wants to fight him or it has to be his way,he already said yesterday he's not changing his boring style and that's ok for him if he's winning, just don't expect the big bucks, the big tv dates
