why doesnt rigo move up to 126?

everybody is gonna be up there anyway.

Rigotards love to complain about rigo not getting fights but he's the one turning down fights and making my way or the highway ultimatums.

He does realize he's guillermo rigondeaux and not floyd right?

126 is not that far off from 122lbs. All the big money fights are at 126 and rigo is complaining nobody wants to give him a chance when he's the one not giving himself a chance.

Some people think Rigo should move up because four pounds is "nothing." For a guy like Guillermo, it's a big deal. He walks around only a couple of pounds over his fighting weight. You can't say that about many fighters in the lighter divisions. Donaire came into their fight at over 140 lbs. If "El Chacal" fought at 126, he'd risk fighting guys who are naturally much larger than him. He's already doing that in some cases. Why push it?

Like who? Mares is GBP, Garcia moved up.

So you have Chris John, Gradovich and Salido. 126 is pure unadulterated asscheeks right now.

The division sucks so bad that a guy with 0 pro fights will win a title in his first fight.

If Mexicans, American, Phillipines wants to be humble and make everything the promoters wants they may do it, but this guy has principles, rules and no one can play with him. When a person take a tube and come to EU in a boat has nothing to loose in his life and is proven to the worst. In the worst case he can work easely in Miami and live decent with honor. In calle 8 Gamboa opened a barber shop. He won't be millionaire but he stopped the promoters in the fight with Rios because it has no money and he will live decently with his tiny business. Rigo can do the same, but no one will play with him and he assure respect from the fighters and the promoters. That's the Cuban style guys, respect. If the others wants to be humble is their decision. For sure if he has to start doing other things for his life he will do it, but in front of him you must respect. Rigo already has his name in boxing, better than others losers in Olympics who need fake boxers builders like arum and GB
                  Man , I like your logic !
I don't know alot about the Cuban mentality , but if it is the case I will have tons of respect for cuban boxers from now on .

No one is more corrupt in the sport of boxing more than parasites called promoters !

and I can wait for the next show of the Master Rigondeaux , he has nothing to prove , all those fake champions with cheering partiotic crowds are the ones who need to come and prove themselves
