That's much more reasonable, asking for a CW moving up. Many examples of this. If you're a champ asking for a CW in the same division, you're acknowledging you're paper champ at that weight. This is very rare. No wonder, cause it's highly unchamplike.

You just have to think about it a bit ...... Manny was OK with cutoffs since DAY 1 but just didn't want to go to close to fight day .... but for several years Manny has been OK with no cutoffs with Floyd too.
