Rigo doesn't even have that, and he takes zero risks in the ring which produces bad fights.

That doesn't make it necessarily right, but its the truth.
I think it was really impressive how he beat Donaire. hes not boring at all. hes verry skilled and dont get hit but hes not boring. People who hink Rigo is boring should watch another sport. Hes much more entertaining than Ward and not as dirty as ward. Ward gets all this big fights even though hes boring and dirty. Guess why? because hes american and calls himself S.O.G.

Arum is a classless coward. Doesn't know the meaning of sacrifice or pain any more.. The fat hog himself. Looking forward to the day he retires.

It makes no difference if they part ways or who promotes him, the same response will be given by the major networks with the exception of NBC or ESPN FNF. He is just a fantastic boxer but is so boring I would rather watch paint dry. Unless he changes his style and becomes more fan friendly his career is over with the exception of some meaningless Friday Night Fights or an occasional under-card match-up on HBO. Sad, but true..

Rigondeaux can be exciting. He hurts people, gets Knock downs and KOs.

Donaire vs Rigondeaux was counter puncher vs counter puncher. I thought it was a great fight but to those that don't understand when you have two technical counter punchers fighting it's not going to be a slug fest. Put in a come forward guy like Mares or Vic and watch Rigondeaux land bombs and get KOs.

It's not just that. He could afford to be boring if he was that good AND a welter or SWW or any division they like to show. If he was American or spoke English at least, even better.

HBO never show fights below feather. Donaire toiled for years on Showtime and Pinoy Power PPV to get HBO onboard.

He's ugly, he doesn't speak english, he's old and he fights in a manner that is pretty un-engaging.

Arum isn't helping matters by bad mouthing him and for that alone, he should have his contract avoided.

But Rigo can help himself. Talk some english for one and when he has his guy hurt, finish him off. How can you expect to estbalish some sort of presence if people can't identify with you or at a basic level, can't understand you.

GBP is no better, they've barely done any better for Lara, and neither has he

My wishes for a Rigo-Donaire fight came true. Here's hoping a minor miracle occurs and we get Rigo-Mares. There's a good chance of a KO in that one. Abner will come to fight.
