Yes, hence the 'Pac is bringing a guy up' in my post. I don't like Pacquiao bringing Marquez and Rios up to a weight where they're not at their best. I don't like any fighter doing it or the crowd of 140 fighters currently campaigning at 147. However, OP is wrong when he says Rios is the smaller guy.

The OP should change that to say Rios has yet to fight at 147. Its a legitimate question to ask why Manny keeps bringing guys up to ww. The legitimate answer is the economics.
