Why cut weight to 140 and match other peoples' sizes, when you can force people looking for a payday up to 147? It's not like he's forcing anybody to blow up. These fighters outweigh him naturally anyway. He's just too lazy to drop down to 140, when he doesn't have a reason to.
In all honesty, I think he'd have an advantage fighting at 140, since he has much less weight to cut than his counterparts.
