Thats what i was thinking why not fight Alvarado for his title at 140? why bring Rios up to ww?why not just fight at 140

Beats me, maybe he doesn't feel like dropping down to 140 anymore.
He should be capable, he should and "force" a Marquez rematch since Alvarado is the interim and Marquez is the full, even though he hasn't defended that title since he won it last year.

Alvarado should have the full title right now actually

Because 147 has always been the division of note. And he can still force the smaller guys to move up. He doesn't have to cut any weight. There's a lot of reasons. What's crazy is he actually weighed in at 147 for his last fight and that's the one he got KTFO in.

Last time I checked, Pacquiao has only fought Marquez and Bradley after Mosley and they were both in the top 10 P4P and weighed in more than Pacquiao.

Rios,Bradley and Jmm were not ww's when manny fought them..this is his 4th fight in a row against a none ww
