He won a title at SFW 3 years later.

true but in 2000-01 i would say the list should have looked like this

        roy jones
        lennox
        oscar
        shane
        tito
        barrera
        morales
        prince
        hopkins
        tszyu

Just off the top of my head....

but yes corrales was a beast at 130... i think he was 32-0 with 30 ko's going into the floyd fight...

You calling Shane Mosley a liar? If Corrales was drained and had to lose 30 pounds in 2 weeks how good is that win?

If you genuinely believe Corrales was 160 lbs 2 weeks prior to that fight then I don't know what to tell you.

I'd doubt he was even close to 160 lbs before his camp started.

When people have trouble making weight they move up. They don't stay at the weight and win world titles.

If you want to discredit the win talk about his legal issues.

IMHO, his victory over Marquez... it was flawless... comin back out of retirement and putting on such a performance, incredible job! Marquez was #2 P4P at the time, lost a SD to pacquiao and won two knock out victories over Casamayor and Diaz before facing Floyd.... i honestly don't know where to rank him in ''all-time'' since i haven't seen that much fights of his.

Corrales was certainly not having an easy time making 130 at that time and he actually missed the weight and had to return to the scale an hour later to make 130.

But he wasn't dead at the weight evidently.

And he certainly didn't lose 30 lbs in 2 weeks which is of course physically impossible.
