Be positive... School is about to start in September they are doing a good deed for the kids. And this is all you can say? It's a good act and some families are personally benefiting from this. No need to try and hate by bringing up when they do or do not help people. But the thing is every day citizens are benefiting which is a good thing.

Now my common-sense makes me think, from that comment, that he had NO IDEA as to what condition of health that Hernandez was in, so couldn't have been a "close friend", and that it came about because the poor guy had actually died and it was in the public eye.. And another point that stands out, is that he never did send him any money, certainly not at a time when he and his family could make the best use of it.

Yes, Arum's actions show true nobility especially considering how villified he is. And i must day that I'm surprised to hear this coming from you. So that's a plus.
That villification, nearly always with NO foundation that I know of, is the only thing which makes me stand in his favour. For me and mine, it is normal to give charity anonymously. but the obscene and downright disgusting DREK that is poured on his head is just too vile to be coming from human beings, fans of the supposedly proud art of self defence.

Let this be the last post by me on this subject.
Bob Arum is this you? Haha

I'm going to be honest. I read your first sentence, and then I didn't read the rest of your post.

Floyd Doesn't Lead By Example; That's A Tax Break, Image Control

The fool beat up his kids mother, he just got out of the klink, he can't stay out of strip clubs, raining bags full of $100 bills for all the crack addicted strippies, enabling the poor path in life. Rather than living that gangster life, with a Foundation for Youth as your front to protect your image, why not walk the hallways of your local Children's Hospitals late at night, unannounced, no media, no posse, just take your kids, walk the hallways talking to terminally ill children, talking ot families, pick up the medical bills to families who have NO chance to cover those expenses, rather than wearing all the bling, hanging out in clubs, throwing strippers thousands of dollars... where are your priorities Junior..... This guy is NO example but a bad example.... yelling F-Bombs at pressers and photo oppts to sell a fight.... you're still a thug from Michigan.
