Hey dummby, its being held sunday morning in Macau so that it can be shown on Saturday night here in the states! The asians dont mind waking up and watching a huge fight on sunday, just as back in the day when wide world of sports showed some of the best boxing matches on sunday mornings here in the states!!!! Top Rank is going to make a killing off this fight. If 1 million people(in china alone, there is 1 Billion people) in Asia buy this fight for $5 like i heard it is over there, thats 5 MILLION ppvs sold over there without even counting the U.S. ppvs.

I didnt know the Chinese would love to get dolled up and fight ready on a Sunday morning. After all this isnt baseball or soccer, you get ready for boxing unlike those other sports. And im sure the fighters would love this too since they always fight in the morning. Sorry if i insulted you cause you obviously know more about sports in China then i do.

And this wasnt an American v Chinese thing you tried to make it into. I was simply asking that if China is supposed to be this money maker now and Arum selling it like it is then why is he holding this fight on a day and time to satisfy the American public. That's the point. Its being happening Sunday because the real money will come from the U.S that's why the fight ( which won't happen, nor should it) will happen in the U.S. Also even if 1million are sold at $5 a piece it only will pay for Rios's guarantee. That not a lot of money. No way Floyd goes to Asia, pays taxes here and there when he has all the power, and deals with the casino's and hotels in Vegas

No you all are taking this to a different extreme. I was just asking "why". It doesnt make sense to me. I understand the tapping of market and everything but then why hodl the fight for the American public. American public will buy fights in morning. At least i still will. Im more thinking of the chinese audience then anything else.
