          I think you base your list on resume which is not what it really means. Otherwise Pacquiao would still be in the top 3 even on your list. To me, being the p4p best fighter is being the most skilled regardless of weight. That's why Floyd has been #1 for a while.

                    It would be Pacquiao without the robbery and loss to juicehead. But atm it's Floyd. And don't mention Ward he's the most overrated boxer around. Dude has 26 fights and his fights look like a frigging Sumo Wrestling match. I don't get why this guy is rated so highly and why refs allow his pro wrestling tactics during fights.

                      Floyd is number 1. It's not his fault there aren't legitimate challengers at his weight class.

                      Ward is a close second as his resume is very strong.
