He does things more perfectly as I like to put it, landing on his is even harder than landing on May and he's more accurate as well.

You are comparing a 12 fight pro sample with a 44 fight sample.

Nonito is more skilled than some of his opponents, but the rigo fight made clear to everyone that cutting off the ring, jabbing, countering and dealing with movement are areas where he is lacking, at least when in against an elite opponent.

Rigo is a highly skilled technician no question. But I think the numbers (especially factoring in talent level of opposition they are achived against) show you are probably saying this based on opinion.

Pac wouldn't have become #1 if Mayweather didn't have time off. He wouldn't have got the DLH fight either. Mayweather taking a break helped Pacquiaos career.

I say Ward right now, he has a very solid resume and his overall skill set is outstanding.

You are right. Pac became number 1 after Floyd faked his retirement. Nobody can deny that. I admire your courage though using a lightweight as an excuse after Floyd weight cheated him at welterweight catchweight.

This is Floyd resume and accomplishment after he faked his retirement then came back. From 2007 after the Hatton fight, he weight cheated Marquez after tricked him to fight at welterweight. He fought past prime Mosley after his long lay off. He sucker punched the great Ortiz. He fought a past prime Cotto but not the one the reason of his faked retirement. Recently he beat HOF figter Guerrero. So between 2007-2013 he fought just 5 times for nearly 6 years! Did you know? Pac between 2007-2013 fought at least 13 times including their 5 common opponents in which 2 of them he retired and the other two beat the hell out them.

Pac became the first and only 8 divisions champ and 4 lineal champ on Earth has nothing to do with Floyd fake retirement. In fact if he didn't fake his retirement most probably he has no choice but to fight Oscar rematch, prime Cotto, prime Mosley, prime Margarito, etc.. and already suffered a loss or two.
