you call them roadblocks because you just can't bring yourself to hold manny accountable for his actions. you know that refusing to fight over this test was bull****. but instead you blame floyd fo asking for os. Rios accepted Manny's request without 1st refusing and then trying to negotiating a cutoff. Manny could've done same. That he didn't is reflective of him wanting the fight.
No he didn't ask them too. But so what? ytou weren't upset when bob made JMM and Tim join TR to get a manny fight. Floyd, as a promoter, is doing the same thing. Manny didn't make ODH or Hatton join TR to get a fight, why tim and JMM?
NO, I thought he was saying manny you are next just to get attention. Then he came with the BS $40 mil no ppv offer to cover himself.
Nope. I will repeat. I hoped Manny would agree to Floyd's cut-off dates because I just wanted to see the fight. I didn't even blame Floyd because I initially gave him the benefit of the doubt BUT I questioned the way he went about it with his accusations. I didn't blame Manny because I knew that drawing blood would give Floyd that psychological edge. I knew to what Manny said in an interview BEFORE the testing negotiations took place about feeling weak before a fight with Morales. Even Manny said it may be a psychological ploy more than a drug issue. I had a very healthy young friend who faints after drawing blood or even just getting a cut .... and its because he gets weak. Now someone may call it BS but at least Manny agreed later to testing just to get the fight on.
After the initial negotiations Manny moved towards agreeing to Floyd's demands while Floyd put new roadblocks. If it was the other way around, I would be criticizing Manny and seriously questioning his initial motives. So that in itself reflects on who really wanted the fight more. Manny who was ready to concede or the one who kept on formulating new roadblcoks. It's easy for most objective persons to answer.
Again, you can say what you want about Manny/Arum requesting so and so but for those fights happened so they were not roadblocks. Floyd NEVER requested those things of others until he did it with Manny (testing) and as for being with Floyd promotions, it's the funniest thing because it's so obvious that any objective person can see. Floyd doesn't want the fight and never did.
Floyd didn't request Guerrero, Canelo, Cotto and anyone else he fought to be part of Floyd promotions. I can't believe Floyd anymore not sure how you can take him seriously anymore.Last edited by ADP02; 07-30-2013, 12:26 PM.

The things you call roadblocks are not roadblocks for any other fighter. Manny asked rios for OSDT, was that a roadblock? NO, because rios said sure. WHen Manny wont give a fair money offer you blame the other guys for refusing. yet when floyd does it to manny you blame floyd. when TR makes guy sign to TR to fight manny you don't complain. When floyd suggests same you whine.
STop with the double standards for manny.
do you even know what that is? floyd mayweather does not do olympic style drug testing. that would require random testing at any point 365 days a year. thats not what they do. what they actually do is randomly turn up during training, which isnt really random because the fighter knows he is going to be tested between the fight being announced and the fight ending. olympic style testing does not have a start and end date.

But anyway, this fight depends on a couple things for me, are we talking about the current versions of Manny and Floyd, if we are then I have Manny winning 4 or 5 rounds, but those rounds would be damn close, with the rounds Floyd wins being quite decisive. No KDs. No KO.
If this fight took place 4-5 years ago, I'd have Manny winning it, he was too ferocious, too unrelenting and hand't been damaged by the Hulk. It would be close either way.

pointless poll. predictions of floyd beating pac is common knowledge. but i'd rather see it to believe it. one of the people who believe floyd would lose is floyd. so for now i'd rather believe floyd than anybody else. he's the one who would step in the ring, not fans.
