Back in 2009, without OST, I had Pacquiao ko'ing Floyd possibly.
    Wouldn't bet on it though.

After the Pac vs Margarito I had Mayweather winning by a UD easily.

Both Pacquaio and Mayweather were making huge money without fighting each other so Pacquaio didn't really need to bend to Floyd's demands and Floyd didn't need to force the Pacquaio fight to happen. It's pretty obvious they were both happy milking the fans with watered down fights.
I agree with you. It's clear that economics drove the decision on both ends.

That is how I feel. Once both realized they could do great numbers without fighting each other, there was no way this fight was getting made.

Now Manny is fighting another loser (which is ok since he is a 2/3 fight loser himself) in China while Floyd is fighting an undefeated twenty-something middleweight who is coming off the biggest win of his career. Pac's handlers have turned him into a joke the last few years.
Pac fans don't see it that way, he clearly fights easier competition but the media never calls him out on it.

ESPN got shook that time when they did call Pac out on it, they received threatening mailings and emails.

Wow now because manny asked nicely its ok? GTFO! Manny asked, RIos said yes. No cutoff negotiating or any BS. If he didn't agree to a cutoff he didn't agree to testing. STop trying to pretend otherwise. Its manny's decision to make because he is the bside. If he doesn't make it its his fault.

All your other stuff is just your attempt to deflect the obvious. JMM, Rios, floyd, canelo and every other b side have a choice. accept the offer and fight or don't. If they don't its on them and no one else. Manny is no different when he is the b side.
A side (Manny) then didn't put a spanking fresh new roadblock once the B-side accepts. Floyd usually has 1 or 2 roadblocks ready and waiting and some placed way before Manny has the chance to even say yes to the previous roadblock(s).

Floyd and his team ACCUSED Manny of being a drug cheat and told the world on every occasion they can get. That was already a sign that they didn't want the fight. Usually Floyd stays quiet and does his trash talking after the fight is signed. Why be different with Manny? I know why!

Sorry but back then Floyd and Manny were both A-side attractions and that was evident by the 50/50 money agreement that was obviously agreed to initially. As for Floyd's testing rules, it was not some kind of gold standard. Right?

Finally, ask yourself this question. Why is it only once Manny comes into the picture does Floyd say the following:
                  - "He must be tested"
                  - "He must fight under Floyd promotions"
                  - "Who has ever been able to do what Manny did? Go up from 106 to 147 and walk thru them bigger fighters? Nobody has!!! Not even me, Floyd, has. Nobody but Manny! ..... yeah, I'm a coward but a rich coward"

Sorry but all I kept on hearing from him and his team and family members all spelt out that Floyd didn't want to fight Manny. Some like his dad came out and said it. Floyd said it by puttiong out all those roadblocks.

your 1st 2 paragraphs are all opinions.

There is only one a side in any fight. Manny is the biggest b side ever I will concede. He simply didn't agree to fight. STop blaming others for that decision.

Manny's testing for rios isn't the gold standard. But, as DIrk and others point out, Manny was in better economic position than the other b sides fo floyd so he choose not to accept ost and no fight.

in 2009 he wanted ost because he thought manny was using ped's.

In 2013 he said that because he has all the negotiating power and he is doing to manny what TR did to JMM and Bradley for them to get a manny fight. If its not right now it wasn't right then.

He didn't say that exactly but in 2011 he said that as a sarcastic remark to his haters. You saw the video so you are fully aware of the context and setting. Pretend otherwise if you wish.

Thats all you hear because that makes you feel better about manny and by extension yourself.
