I apologize for my harsh words. I don't know you, and should not have said that to you. I am MEV1, and not anyone else.

& why would i have to tend to it? Are you finally give your own answer in that thread or are you just gonna continue to act like a floyd f@ggot and continue to troll?

          • Yeah, Floyd's are just taken apart that Duran said that Floyd would be ordinary, lmao. And your evidence of this is you fanatics insulting Floyd on top of that, and then calling his fans cry babies when they come to Floyd's defense. That's the old okie doke mentality. That ish doesn't work.

            • I think Floyd's skill set would've placed him in the elite class at welter in any era. But back then the best fought the best regularly. It was the only way to make big green. And there was no shame in losing to the best. You probably had a chance to redeem yourself via rematch, drawing big bucks again. But no way you would be making 20 million (or whatever) for fighting Robert Guerrero or Ortiz. You would've had to face one of the Fab Four:

Duran - probably the only foe Floyd could beat by UD. Duran would definitely make him earn it though.

SRL - toss up. I think Ray would've adjusted to Floyd's adjustment and break the latter's defense eventually to a SD.

Hearns - using his reach and speed, Tommy would've fought tall and jabbed the crap outta Floyd, occasionally finding a home for that cannon right. Tommy by TKO or Floyd quits on his stool with closed eyes.

Hagler - too big, too strong, too tough. Floyd never comes close to signing a fight contract.

              • why are people calling this loser a legend?
he beat ray leonard when ray was a pup and **** out in the return.
and, got spanked by basically every top fighter "in his time".
oh yeah, he beat ken buchanan... WOOOOOOOOOW!
hands of stone? nope....stoned more like, hes fookin trippin on fmj being ordinary at or in any era.
                what a complete ****.
i dont even think the great srr could have even touched fmj, boxing has evolved and those greats (excluding mr im stoned) were not like fighters are today in terms of technical skill.
ray robbo had modern day skill but, he lost too and fmj? everybody knows he unbeaten.
sure, these fellahs were very tough and resiliant, even the refs of those days seldom stopped fights but, if any of them were pitched against even just decent fighters of nowadays with modern refs.....well..it would be early nights and if mr stoned were in his so called prime now, there would be "no mas" in every fight against any of the elite today because he was **** then and wouldnt stand a chance now.
                ordinary....what a ****.

                  • Floyd clearly beat Oscar, that sounded like a jab, not his real opinion
beyond that, Duran is right to say Floyd's not on his level
Floyd's good enough to be a champion in any era though
but he wouldn't dare fuck with the fab 4
they're all bigger and would kick his ass, Hagler's not realistic
Floyd made his biggest fame at WW, but that's not his best division
