They must be very confident of a win, more specifically Booth is very confident.

i already think carl has surpassed hatton and he's on his way to surpassing calzaghe he just needs to beat ward imo. not the most popular fighter from the uk but definately took all the hard fights coming up

he's already passed him by a wide margin. calzaghe never beat anyone as good as ward so why does froch have to? the rest of froch's resume completely destroys calzaghe's and froch isn't afraid to fight anyone unlike calzaghe. maybe if froch gets a gift decision against hopkins he will pass him?

I think I'm going to favour Groves for this one.
Younger alot fresher and we can all remember what happened before Jermain Taylor took the big punches...
IF you fight the right fight against Carl Froch he isn't as imposing as scary as he sounds, its a matter of consistency and not dropping your guard against him.

I fancy the upset in this fight.

Yep give Froch credit he doesn't duck someone calling him out!
Unlike Joe who ducked and dodged his way through the entirety of his career.

This is a fight. An interesting fight. George can not take Carl's power and Carl will struggle with George's movement.
Froch will win in the second half,he will catch Groves and it will be over. Beforehand I seeGroves doing quite well.

"I hope he doesn't believe his own hype and sit down and study the facts. He's talking about me not boxing guys not in the top 15.

"But I am there. I'm ranked No. 1 and 2 with the WBO and WBA and ranked No. 1 with the WBC.
He thinks that he's beaten top opposition because the ABCs have given him a high ranking. He didn't even rematch Kenny Anderson. I really hope he doesn't get the win here because if he does it'll be by stinking the place out and afterwards he'll probably spend 2-3 years facing handpicked opponents.

I like the way he's saying that he's fought nothing but world-class opponents since the Taylor-fight, and Groves has only fought bums basically.

Yet they have both fought Glen Johnson during this period.

If you think Glen Johnson was the same fighter when Groves got to him, you are quite foolish.
