Go ahead, respond to this. Stop using the "he's a middleweight excuse", a boxer is defined by whatever weight class they choose as long as they can make the required weight. If you do not like that, then I'm sorry but maybe this sport isn't for you. If Golovkin can make the weight it's fair game, you just don't want it to happen because he is by far the better fighter out of Lucas and Danny who are potential future opponents and he holds some true potential in beating Mayweather with the attributes he has. (hence the landslide poll in Golovkins favour).

No they wouldn't. Mayweather has many bigger fish to fry as for example the winner of Garcia-Matthysse would be. Hell, even an Amir Khan fight would possibly do better as he is an established fighter in america. Martinez would do well, at this moment in time, only hardcore fans in america knows who GGG is. That maybe change in the next year or so, but that's how it is at the moment.

GGG and Martinez should focus on fighting each other rather than fight a guy that could still make 135.

GGG knows he'll get blown out the water and SUBMITTED if he fights Andre Ward, so he's focusing on the smaller and OLDER Mayweather.

With that said, as long as the weight is even, Mayweather SMOKES GGG as well.

GGG is a heavy puncher with an outstanding amateur pedigree. I'd probably pick him to beat Sergio Martinez and Chavez.

However, Mayweather is a different animal. GGG will not be able to cut the ring off on Floyd Mayweather. Mayweather knows when to jab, when to hold and when to counter. Knowing how to strategically tie-up your opponent is a very underrated SKILL in the sport of boxing.

Guys like Bernard Hopkins, Andre Ward and Mayweather are MASTERS at knowing when to tie up their opponents. That's why you never see those guys getting beaten up on the ropes.

Mayweather also has faster hands than GGG and better movement.

If the weight is the same, Mayweather SMOKES ggg without too many tense moments.

First off, I don't believe the first line at all. All I ever see you doing is defending Floyd. Most Floyd fans have come out of the closet already.
