When the ref counted 9 Scott was still on his knee.

Wasn't a good stoppage, but Scott didn't seem too upset. Maybe he wanted out. I've never seen a fighter stay on one knee that long and actually try to get up.

So your problem is he waved instead of sticking 10 fingers up. If he stuck 10 fingers up instead Scott would have still lost.

Scott would have been up before he would have said 10, the moment he said 9, got up and his knee was off the canvas meaning he wasnt "Down" anymore. He did everything a second early. I've already shown you the official boxing rule, of how he's suppose to say 10 and wave, but you continue to pretend like he did it correctly

Scott said he started to get up at 8, it was clearly 9, not the refs fault Scott ****ed up.

Not sure how this can be argued. Scott was up in time. The ref said 9 and Scott got up. There was no time or reason for him to say 10 because Scott rose off the canvas. He took the full amount of time allotted to him and then got on his feet. The ref jumped the gun. It looks like right after the ref waves the fight off Scott complains some and looks over at his corner. He probably didn't go crazy because that wouldn't change anything.
