Lewis had enough money in the bank to retire and live his life 10 times over. No point in fighting again if you aren't really up for it. His career won't be defined by the Vitali fight but Vitali's career is defined by losing to Lewis.

I can't really argue with this post. Lewis' career will not be defined by Vitali but it doesn't change the fact that Lewis retired from boxing rather than give him a rematch. Regardless of how much money Lewis had or made...the rematch was being disucussed and Lewis' only way out was to retire from the sport.

Imo Lewis beats Wlad but I think it goes beyond 6.

If the question was simply can a prime Lewis KO a prime Wlad in 6 rounds or less then the threadstarter should have just asked that and left Vitali out of it. He assumes Lewis can always get Vitali out of there in 6 rounds when the truth is Lewis won a fight on cuts that he was losing 4 rounds to 2 on the scorecards.If he had worded the question correctly my answer would be no Lewis can't KO Wlad in 6 rounds or less. To me it is an even fight that could go either way.
