It's probably not even so much about his boring style of fighting. It's probably because of his reclusive personality. HBO crew does interviews before the fight so they can get to know the fighters and present stories to the viewers. He's probably not cooperating and dislikes opening up. I don't know. But he clearly has a dry personality outside the ring.

Honestly would you rather watch donaire rigo or Alvarado ruslan I think the answer is pretty obvious. Hbo realized they over paid for a boring pot shot fest and aren't going to make the same mistake again. Don't blame arum or hbo blame rigo and his boring style. He's already had 4 trainers who tried to get him to have a more offensive mindset and they all said he is what he is. If you guys want rigo so bad then send hbo your money to put rigo on, because the majority of people who actually PAY for this stuff do not want him.
