I actually think that oscar has done a tremendous job in the promotion game... His company isnt even 10 years old and has become the #1 or 2 in the sport, has an entire network behind him... Not too shabby

I think Oscar is the face of GBP. Richard Schaefer and Al Haymon/Sam Watson are the guy making the moves in public and behind the scenes.

Oscar is just the "NAME"...you can pretty much say that Richard Schaefer and Al Haymon working together is what is making GBP successful though because their Big Fights Involves Mayweather. GBP have yet to do a PPV Event WITHOUT Mayweather if I am not mistaken!

But to Oscar credit he is smart at getting out of the way and letting Schaefer negotiate and do all the business stuff and work with Al Haymon and Floyd Mayweather

Oscar a Boss, he delegates responsbilites to others who he has faith in can do the job and do the job well. He aint apart of the day to day grind cause he doesnt have to be, he has enough money to pay people to do it for him.

Mayweather so broke compared to oscar he has to be hands on with everything related to his fake promotional company/T shirt designing company cause he aint rolling in liquid income like Oscar to be able to keep his company afloat if he had a staff like Oscar lol.
