I think Oscar is the face of GBP but leaves the business aspect to business people. He has say but i think he just stays out of it

Oscar is definitely the puppet. Schaefer pulls the strings.

that's all of oscar's capital that started that company. Schaefer is the business guy behind its success while oscar is still the face of the company. so he's not a puppet, on the contrary, he's the puppet master.

From what I read online Oscar is still the majority shareholder of GBP. So no major decisions regarding GBP can happen without his say so.

Day to day operations are up to the CEO Schaefer.

So no hes not a puppet. People who think he is don't know nothing about business.

Yea he is the face, one of the main voices and his capital is what got the company going.

He also understands the value of a good team and delegation especially to those who know things better than him.

So he certainly isn't a puppet but he is not micro managing everything as to call him the puppet master, but he certainly knows the fight game so his voice gets heard if he wants it to be.
