I think everyone who predicted Matthysse by KO was sweating profusely, screaming every time Danny threw a punch. They probably lost their shít when Danny's mouthpiece went flying but he still didn't wobble lmao

When Danny started really going to work after he closed his eye I know plenty of people were having some form of a breakdown

Danny's been very impressive lately, but Matthysse is a whole nother proposition.

Danny can't use his power counter shots to intimidate, and make Lucas hesitant. He's coming for you regardless, and he's defensively responsible with a vrey good chin. He cracks just as hard, if not, harder than anyone at 140, and the best body punching in boxing.

He beats Danny everywhere. Lucas in a long, hard fought battle. Lucas UD/TKO/Corner towel/ref stoppage.

Danny's too tough to quit.

I was enjoying the fight, but when Danny closed his eye and Matthysse lost those 3 rounds or so where he was frazzled by it, I knew it was over. I was frustrated by Lucas' performance, but enjoyed the fight.
