Yeah man, I'm not even religious or nothing like that, and I don't have other beliefs that are not scientifically backed, but after hearing about how he had the umbilical cord around his neck, how his Dad just survived cancer, how he has 6 toes, how half his family has asthma, I get the feeling that he's the genetic freak who survived and made it, I know it sounds crazy but the kids special, it was emotional seeing the sportsmanship he showed to Lucas, Danny is a really nice guy you can tell than, his Dad gets emotional and over the top but that's because anything can happen in that ring and that's his son, he doesn't really mean it .

That's kinda how I felt too and it made feel like Lucas wasn't going to win. The Garcias had been through too much to lose in a moment like this is what I kept coming back to. Angel does love his son and it shows, he wants the pressure off Danny and I think it does work, as weird as it is. Won't catch me talking ish on DSG anymore, he's world class.

See this is the problem in boxing, people get way too emotional. Just accept that Danny proved the doubters wrong and showed the world he has more up his sleeve than we've seen before, the kid is special man, it's like with Canelo, I'm a big Canelo fan, my heart ruled my head but deep down I knew Floyd would get the UD, I'm proud of Canelo though, he's young but too green and you can't out box the grandmaster. I'm also really proud of Lucas he has a titanium chin and heart like no other.

And also in the corner, even rounds I thought Danny won, Angel never let up telling him to stay sharp and watch Matthysse's power. Even on the shot that knocked his mouthpiece, Garcia didn't even really wobble. He felt it, but he wasn't nearly as hurt as everyone else has been from Lucas' power. What a chin.

They bought into that whole "Danny almost got stopped by Judah", but all I saw was a fatigued Danny losing his balance and catching his breath from the constant offense. I'm not saying he didn't take a lot of punishment or that he wasn't getting hurt, just he didn't show any signs of a rocked fighter; his eyes stayed alert, he was still watching Judah for an opportunity to time him. People underrated Danny's chin after he took killer combo's from Khan.
