We saw the same thing against Wlad with Sanders where he didn't want to avenge his loss out of over cautiousness. The only thing I'm apologetic for is your ignorance. Answer me this my friend, why didn't Vits just coast to a win without having to throw another punch if he was winning so decisively? Van you name another fighter in history who quit being ahead? I can name dozens who didn't while losing. Get real man. This guy was a good fighter, but his career is hugely overrated.
Do you mean to tell me that you are so dense that you need the word no translated? When it was so obviously clear that that was what Vitali was saying.

And just so you know Ukrainians also shake their heads no when they mean no as Vitali clearly did. You do also understand that it is kind of universal that shaking ones head side to side means no and shaking ones head up and down means yes, don't you?

But since you need the word no translated I found a translation for you on You Tube. Go to this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w2djHQYeYsE and forward it to the 3:55 mark and you have your translation of both yes and no in Ukrainian. Your silly argument really should end there.

As for what Vitali was thinking unlike you I cannot read minds so I have no idea what he was really thinking when he stopped the fight. But unlike you I see no conspiracy and I also have no idea how bad a torn rotator cuff feels. So, I can only go by what he said and what happened after the fact.

Vitali claimed he was hurt and figured he could come back and fight another day. And obviously it annoys you to no end but Vit was in fact right because that is what happened. As for anyone that may have labeled Vit a quitter after the Byrd fight. I believe that question was answered long ago during the Lewis fight.

I this is for naught because what it boils down to is he QUIT and never sought to rematch. The talk of permanent injury is laughable when he was winning to risk blindness against hard hitting Lewis, but wouldn't continue the Byrd fight when he didn't need to throw another punch. What a warrior.

Why was Vittles willing to continue against Lewis and not Byrd? Why no rematch? Why quit in the first place if you thought you were so far ahead and didn't need to throw another punch? Why were the German fans cheering Byrd? Yes, why argue when you can just hold on to your illusions.

Germans thought he was ***** because he gave up, may be that? and after that he said that he won't give up again. Then Lewis isnt Byrd, not giving up against Lewis - makes more sense doesnt it bold guy? I can repeat your question , why after Lewis fight they were cheering for Vitamin? I thought Lewis would give him a rematch - that didnt happen. Lewis won, what now? you will keep saying that Vit is quitter?

Lol, you answered your own question.....Lewis won. On top of that he had already said he wanted to retire before the Vits fight. And how does it make more sense to not quit with a supposed career threatening injury to one guy and not the other? I firmly believe Vits was frustrated and exhausted from his difficulties hitting Byrd. In fact I'm pretty sure the announcers commented on it as early as the fifth round. Seriously though, what fighter does not want to redeem themselves after quitting. People like to say he was winning handily on the cards, and he was rightfully so, but most rounds were very close and Byrd probably gave him the toughest fight of his career.

Don't get me wrong, he has held a respectable reign and has an excellent (stats) record but you cant say he has been the best in the last 25 years. No chance.
Vitali with Wladimir are the best ever...btw whos tysons best wins, Bruno, spinks and burbick, Vitali would have literally destroyed all 3 within 6 rounds.

WTF are you still on it? Sure, you're not a hater

Vit quit because he didn't want to risk permanent injury, that's a fact, no matter what some bold boxer wannabe says. He will be remembered as great champion and great warrior, that's another fact.

I know you're so fuckin' jealous of him because he's everything you always wanted to be, but hey that's life some people are bums with record 0-7 and some people are great champions. Deal with it

Lol, I thought you were done responding to me? We already know you're done responding to simple questions because you can't answer them. Why was he willing to risk"permanent injury" against Lewis, but not soft hitting Chris Byrd?

Maybe because Lewis was ummm undisputed champion? And yeah I'm done with arguing with grown man who's obsessed with other grown man.
