good news! now none of the top guys at 160 can make the "no one knows who golovkin is/he won't sell" excuse..

Dont care about selling or money but there were alot of empty seats in a small venue. HBO has lots of subscribers.

those were some great numbers that GGG put up over this weekend !!! and it destroyed one of mayweather and his fans reason for ducking him !!! mayweather fans claimed he had no fan base but 1.1 mill of ggg fans proved they were wrong !!!! mayweather is running out of escuses to duck that good boy !!! first they said hes too big dispite mayweather holding a title at 154 ! then they said he had no fans dispite ggg pulling in 1.1 mill viewers wich is probly more than mayweather pulled in his fight against guerro !!! and mayweather cant use bob arum as a escuse becuase top rank isnt involved !!!

I really like how active Golovkin is. Might as well keep fighting. This is what kills me about boxing. Once guys make good money they fight twice a year at most.

Keep on knocking these guys out. A fight with Kid Chocolate, Junior, or Martinez would be a great one to watch.

They're only paying him 300-350k a fight right now. So by the time he finishes out this year, he would have made about the same as a Berto fight.

This'll only work for so long though as he'll want more money and the more HBO needs him, the more they'll give him.

I just hope once he gets it big, he still stays active and doesn't switch to a once/twice a year

Froch is slated to face his mandatory next. Hearn is talking about 2014 at the earliest for Golovkin-Froch.

Yesterday Hearn said Froch was interested. So unless GGG can fight Chavez Jr he should go after the biggest fights possible. Hes 31 and should be on the fast track to super stardum.

I was alluding to the fact it wouldn't be this year. Froch fights once more in 2013 (likely v Groves), Golovkin has another two bouts.

Awesome news...there's something about a jcc jr vs golovkin fight that I don't like for ggg... the granite chin and forehead to forehead phone booth style of jr spells trouble but also is one helluva fight... man I wanna c that! GGG retires Maravilla and mirks kid hersheys tho
