There's absolutely no reason for GGG to move up to fight ward until he fights Martinez and officially establishes himself as the man/lineal champ at 160 (assuming he wins). Career and résumé wise. But also directly relating to the ward fight- if GGG beat Martines first and was clearly "the man" at 160, the ward fight would be even bigger and a huge PPV, possibly determining P4P supremacy

Funny fight for Ward. If GGG wants to stay undefeated stay away from Ward. No Brainer!! Fight a Froch, a Kessler, a Bika or..., hell fight Glen Johnson!! He'll come back & fight your azz.

No need to fight all those guys. GGG wants Ward.
But I suspect that Ward would got injured during his tune up and will be unavailable next year too.
