The whole reason weight divisions were invented were to stop scenarios like this.

    That is fact.

Its also a fact that everybody could make heavyweight if they wanted, must be a reason every fighter doesn't go up?

You would probably agree to Andre Ward & Mayweather @ 160lbs.

but anyway to give you a taste of your own medicine Floyd claims to be a champ at 154, you idiot, he should be willing to fight people at 154. If not he is a fraud, you idiot.

You're so ****** and clueless it's unreal, it's like you don't realize what I'm saying and just replying without thinking. Mayweather is a 2x 154 champ and is fighting Alvarez, if Golovkin can make 154, along with any fighter, they are JMW and Floyd has no reason to refuse to fight them but face Alvarez.

I'll give you a taste of yours....

Roy Jones won a title at heavyweight, this was an EXCEPTIONAL achievement.

Would you expect him to fight Wladimir Klitschko?

I wouldn't but can't hate him for seizing the opportunity to take the title from a weak heavyweight champion.

You just take everything so literally so it clouds your judgement, see my post above and answer.

it just shows that all boxing roads really lead to floyd mayweather. but GGG is to much for money. the guy is powerful and there would be a serious weight issue. floyd's a natural 140 pounder fighting at welter because thats where the big money would be made.GGG should be thinking about taken out chavez jr.

Ok. Question. Many people detract from Mayweather knocking Hatton out "because it wasn't at Hatton's best weight", right? Not only could Hatton make the weight, but he won a title at welterweight. So by your logic, it was a fair fight, no more excuses and full credit should be given for the win.

Did fighting at 147lbs and winning a title at 147lbs, make Hatton a 147lbs fighter?

                I'll await your answers.......

Well Alvarez is a big money opportunity and this is more of showtimes doing. I still do not feel floyd is comfortable with the Alvarez fight, I personally think Alvarez is way too flat footed with no volume which is tailor made for floyd. I think floyd should make it clear after this fight he's staying at ww.

Make the weight?! He was like 145 at the weigh in! Next I didn't think he won the collazo fight. He immediately went back down after the ww fight only to be dragged up by mayweather. I thought mayweathers best weight was 140 according to you guys why didn't he fight for the undisputed title then?

Not happening, for incredibly obvious reasons.
