In the interview clip that was posted yesterday, he just throws Pac's name in there out of nowhere, with absolutely no prompting whatsoever.

It's just another example of his cynicism I suppose, it's not new. He accuses Pacquiao of using his name to sell fights while at the exact same time doing it himself.

I just feel sorry for all the poor souls who got themselves so worked up over that 'rivalry', while the whole time it being used to take money out of their pockets.
