Yes he was but I think it was due to the media wanting a mega fight that they could label a 50-50 fight, in reality it wasn't but it was a fight that would have broken all the PPV records due to that hype.

It's really the catchweightest title fight of all time, as you point out. Pac couldn't take part, but maybe he can feel a part of it if he purchases a pair of new Reebok CW Queens, coming out soon in honor of the occasion

Don't even know why he's bringing this up.. It never was and never will be.. They cheated the fans! I guess he's using PAC to promote this fight!

Have to agree with Mayweather on this one. A great fighter would not deny the biggest fight of his life because of blood tests too close to a fight saying it weakens him. Not trying to go back to that subject but here we are years later and now Manny is taking random blood testing against a guy who just lost his last fight (Rios). Why didn't he do it when Floyd wanted it? Has anyone ever asked themselves this question? Why was it such a problem then but not now? Suspect.

Also, No matter how primed or good Pacquiao was considered. He could not convincingly beat JMM in the span of 3 weight division with age and experience at WW on his side. Don't want to hear about JMM on PEDS because the same could be said about Pacquiao because he never wanted to take the tests prior to Rios and both Marquez and Pacquiao have tested clean after the 4th fight.

Floyd made Marquez look like he was out of his element when he fought him and the Marquez that KO'd Manny don't want none of Floyd because he knows he can't win. Manny is a good fighter but he was limited to being dominate against one kind of style. Not to mention that he clearly stated that he underestimated Marquez in the 3rd fight because he was beating bigger guys and JMM was the smaller man. You can't beat Mayweather underestimating your opponents. Media and match making built up Pacquiao but Manny is a good fighter, just not as great as people made him out to be.

All roads lead to Manny Pacquiao. May can't keep Manny's name out of his mouth, he must be his biggest fan.

He should have fought and beat Pacquiao then.

Are talking about Henry Armstrong (aka Homicide Hank)?

Why the hell is he bringing up Pacquiao again? He did it in other interviews as well.
